New WiN UK Exec roles will drive more change

WiN UK will introduce three new executive leadership roles as it changes its governance structure to help drive more industry change.

The changes will bring some fantastic new opportunities to help grow and develop talent in our industry.

The roles will be formally advertised soon and are:

• an Operations Executive, with responsibility for WiN’s operations;
• a Network Executive, overseeing our regional activity and building our network; and
• an External Affairs Executive, leading the WiN engagement with industry and government.

As a maturing organisation, the shift towards an expanded Exec powerhouse will give WiN more decision-making dynamism and agility. While a slimmed down Board, including our Patron and guarantors, will continue to give effective counsel and oversight.
